Dolabany is re-introducing the Firenze Occhiali eyeglass frames! The Firenze Occhiali collection is inspired by Dolabany Eyewear’s founder, CEO, and designer, Mark Dolabany, from his many trips to Florence and the Tuscany region.

 Firenze Occhiali

Firenze means Florance in the ancient language. Florence, Italy’s Tuscany region’s capital, is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. Occhiali means glasses or spectacles in Italian.

The model names are based on locations in Florence, cities, and villages in the Tuscany region. We have paired together “old-world” eyewear production along with fine Italian artistry.

Firenze Occhiali Frames

You can see our whole line-up of Firenze Occhiali frames here. Today we are going to share with you the hottest trends for the fall season!

Arezzo

Arezzo is a city in eastern Tuscany, Italy. The hilltop Arezzo Cathedral features painted vaulted ceilings and a 15th-century fresco of Mary Magdalene by Piero della Francesca. As you can see, these over-sized Arezzo frames also feature “painted vaulted ceilings” on the top of the frame.

Cortona

Cortona is a small charming town in the Valdichiana, or Chiana Valley, in Arezzo in southern Tuscany. The city, enclosed by stone walls dating back to Etruscan and Roman times, sits on the top of a hill about 600 meters (about 1968 feet) above sea level. This dominant position over the valley offers a spectacular view from all over the town of the surrounding valley and even Lake Trasimeno. Help your customers make a dominant statement with these very bold Cortona frames.

Livorno

Livorno is an Italian port city on the west coast of Tuscany. It’s known for its seafood, Renaissance-era fortifications, and modern harbor with a cruise ship port. Its central Terrazza Mascagni, a waterside promenade with checkerboard paving, is the city’s main gathering place. The city has a beautiful contrast between old and new, just like our Livorno frames.

Sarteano

Sarteano is an amazing place. The first thing you see as you approach Sarteano is the giant castle at the top of the hill at 500 plus meters above sea level and surrounded by green. We have crafted the Sarteano frames after the giant castle and the central square that introduces the many town’s treasures.

Volterra

Volterra is a walled town southwest of Florence, in Italy. The central Palazzo dei Priori has medieval frescoes and a bell tower with amazing views. Volterra has a real feel to it and is extraordinarily vibrant, just like our Volterra Frames. The cat-eye frames are a hot trend this fall, so be sure to share the vibrant Volterra frames with your customer.
